Documents & Verification
When withdrawing at rtp998, the registered name on your payment account (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay) must match the name on your rtp998 player account. How to Deposit

rtp998 does not charge any fees on your end when you deposit. However, payment services like KBZPay and Wave Money may charge their own transfer fees — these are set by the payment companies themselves and have nothing to do with rtp998. Before depositing, check the fee schedule on your wallet app.
After rtp998 Login, go to Cashier → Deposit → KBZPay. rtp998 will show you the KBZPay number to send money to. Enter the amount and your own KBZPay account details, then confirm. Once the transfer is done, upload a screenshot — the funds will appear in your account within a few minutes. You can start with a minimum of 3,000 Ks.
Go to rtp998 Cashier → Deposit → Wave Money. Transfer the money directly from your Wave app to the Wave Money number shown, then enter the transaction reference number in the deposit form. rtp998 will verify using that transaction number and credit your account. You can also do it through a Wave Money agent — just make sure you keep the reference number.
Deposits normally arrive within 15 minutes. If it is taking longer, first check the transaction status in your payment app — if it shows "Pending", the delay may be on the payment service's side. If the transaction shows as complete but the money has not arrived, contact us through Live Chat with a screenshot that includes the transaction ID, amount, and time — we will look into it right away.
